Everything was great, first did not get the room with a view - but actually upon asking our room was changed (we were fortunate that another room was available + the staff was very friendly and willing to help). This is amazing place and we loved everything! We arrived late, but key box was arranged for us and we could enter our room really quickly. Breakfast was very generous with hot choices available tailored to your own choice. Family room was very comfortable, stylish and well arranged. We loved sanarium and sauna and possibility to go straight to the snow. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!
