Situated in Kaprun, in the Salzburg Land in the heart of Austria, 1.6 km from Kaprun Castle and 0.9 km from the Maiskogelbahn. Lovely modern style boutique hotel in Kaprun. Our family apartment was very nicely furnished, spacious with two large terrace with marvellous mountain view. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Many chanels were available on cable TV. Wifi worked well. Staff was very kind and helpful. Restaurant is cosy, the food was delicious but the a-la-cart menu was quite poor. Parking in the house garage was OK though a little bit difficult with a big car.

Breakfast is unbelievable! Rooms very comfy and quiet, very modern. Must be great for ski trip as hotel in on the slopes!

Beautiful, cute and warming hotel. We were just passing by and I regret we didn't book it for a longer period. It's a place you definitely get very comfortable.
