There is no lobby but customer service replies reasonably quick through WhatsApp. There is a community room where you can work or prepare something small. Well outfitted with dishes, glasses and cutlery. If you arrive late, there is a vending machine that stocks the basics as well. If I would return to Mondsee I would stay here again. Recommended.

The apartement is in an excellent location, situated in a quiet and peaceful area. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was huge. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They checked in with us every day to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We will definitely come back again!
