We really liked this house! Very cozy and quiet. The host was amazing—friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable! This was an amazing place, among the best we have ever booked on booking. First of all, Alexander is super friendly and accommodating. If we needed something we could always ask him. We were in Velden to take part in a bike race and he let us stay the whole day of check-out such that we could still take a shower, eat and pack our stuff after the finish. The appartment itself is great: lots of space, very clean and modern, large comfy double-bed, big well-equipped bathroom (including shampoo, soap, towels, etc), and with a modern kitchen that has everything you need to cook (including delicious olive oil from own production!). Finally, the location is just perfect, right in the middle of Velden, walking distance to the lake, but still a quiet and green environment in the backyard of a bigger villa. Highly recommended!

The apartment had everything you could want, was very comfortable and within easy reach of the motorway if you want to explore Kärnten. The host Anna was exceptional ensuring we were satisfied with everything and provided a feast of very welcome goodies on arrival. The apartment was on the top floor with a well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly wish to use and the bedrooms, lounge and bathroom were excellent. The apartment has its own balcony overlooking the most wonderful mountains and you have use of the front garden.
