Perfect location for hiking and exploring - really beautiful views of the mountains from the communal area. Staff were also amazing! Isabel was lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. Sebastian was also a great help, allowing us to hang out our wet tent in the laundry area ☺️

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Everything was better than we thought. Accommodation, personnel, amenities, exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended to everyone and definitely we'll come back in the future.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Great staff in the hotel, restaurant, and spa. The family suite was very quiet. The food in the restaurant was great. Jesica from the Spa delivered a great massage. Front desk staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the tourist spots around Garmish. The hotel is dog friendly. We had a great time!

This traditional, family-run hotel offers rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi internet in the centre of Oberammergau. The main train station is less than 300 metres from the hotel. Breakfast is very tasty, with a lot of options. The bread is crunchy and fresh. The location is close to the center of Oberammergau, close to shops like Lidl, Mueller, etc., and close to the ski ground. The host is very friendly and cooperative. The room is optimized and very clean.

The bed was very conform table and the shower was great. The kind owner even brought us extra duvet and heater because I am too sensitive to cold, which I fee truly grateful. We will stay in the same apartment next time we visit this area and we recommend 100% !
