Located in the very centre of the town of Smolyan, the hotel is close to the main cultural landmarks and boasts great views to the mountain. It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

The self check-in was easy and you can get every information you need from the hosts. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm.

Set in Pamporovo in the Smolyan Province region, Effect Malina Residence Hotel is 150 metres from Pamporovo ski lift. The hotel is located fantastically for skiing. The personnel was amazing, they were so polite and helpful with everything. We received a rather big apartment which we really appreciated. It was comfortable, convenient, perfect for a skiing getaway.

High Five Villas and Firefly Apartments are situated Elit Pamporovo Complex. The closest ski lifts are at the Malina ski center - 800 meters away. Everything was great. Exceptional location and view. Everyday you wake up in pradise. We thank Alex for his hospitality. He was really helpful in every way. What I like about this type of hotels is that even if there are some deficiencies, the hotel does not worry about the little costs and solve the problems. They really helped us a lot in this regard. We will stay here whenever we go there, there is no problem.

Everything was great - the staff, the cleanliness, only the rooms were a bit of small, but still enough. It is pretty close to the lift, if you go downhill on a steep path and maybe 10 min by the road. We used the path with the kids along with our skis - not easy but walkable .
