Located in the very centre of the town of Smolyan, the hotel is close to the main cultural landmarks and boasts great views to the mountain. Beautiful property, the room was very big and huge bathroom. Our room was facing the road but there was no noise the room and bed very comfortable with air conditioning. The attention to detail of the refurbishment is excellent something interesting to look at everywhere. The spa and swimming pool was an added bonus which we took full advantage of and enjoyed the beautiful view from the relaxing space. Breakfast was excellent We will definitely return when we can.

Let's start with the receptionist - a lovely guy who was there to help us with everything and answer all of our questions. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view of the surroundings. It had everything inside that was necessary. I did not have the need to ask for anything. I will definitely come back.

Set in Pamporovo in the Smolyan Province region, Effect Malina Residence Hotel is 150 metres from Pamporovo ski lift. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. She checked in on us regularly to make sure all of our needs were met. The accommodations were very affordable. There is a restaurant right across the street that serves very good food in a unique building. We were close to lovely hikes and also the city of Smoylan which we found very entertaining

High Five Villas and Firefly Apartments are situated Elit Pamporovo Complex. The closest ski lifts are at the Malina ski center - 800 meters away. We loved everything. But first thing we need to mention is Anatoly our host (and then Alex). They were great. Very warm and welcoming and helped us with everything and were very generous! We even played volleyball together which was great fun. The villla itself has everything you need and more. Very clean and tidy. Great location. Just what we wanted. So we highly recommend staying there. And again we all wish to thank Anatoly ! We would love to come back in the future.

Everything was great - the staff, the cleanliness, only the rooms were a bit of small, but still enough. It is pretty close to the lift, if you go downhill on a steep path and maybe 10 min by the road. We used the path with the kids along with our skis - not easy but walkable .
