All units in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. Staff were very welcoming and considerate. Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Onsite cafe served a good selection of lovely food and staff were very attentive. Just loved the look and feel of the hotel and the quiet location. But it was so convenient for either walking or bus into town.

It offers skiing, a full-service spa and hair salon, and 8 on-site dining options. They pulled no stops for Christmas, and went above and beyond for the kids. CHRISTMAS day Brunch was incredible and very reasonably priced. The Christmas displays were nothing short of spectacular and the staff went above and beyond to look after you. The games and activities kept the whole family entertained. The pool was lovely to heat up and relax after a cold day doing the hikers code with the kids. So many dining options and things to do. A true magical getaway.

We shared the apartment with another couple yet their room was off a side corridor making both areas very private. The lounge in the common area was super comfy. We had a car and there was parking on site. Edwina was very welcoming.

Would definitely stay here again when we head back to Banff

Karin's hospitality was excellent, as she was very accommodating from the start, making the stay even more enjoyable.
