The afternoon tea was delightful, and the breakfast was fantastic, prepared with love and care. The hotel was spotless, absolutely clean, clean, clean! It was the first hotel where I had to remove my shoes before entering, and if you wanted to walk around the hotel in clean, white slippers, that was possible. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely return with my family!

It's not only amazingly comfortable, clean, luxurious but it has many many tiny little for details that we weren't expecting that made it the best hotel I've stayed at in Canada (and I live here!). The staff were incredible, there's a hot tub and an amazing games room. Free food on arrival and loads of fees drinks. It really was an amazing stay.

From the moment we arrived Michael made us feel at home. Our room had an amazing view overlooking the river that flows at the bottom of the garden. Each morning Michal surprised us with a different freshly made breakfast along with as much coffee we wanted. We chatted most mornings and got a lot of great suggestions of places to visit. If we ever return to Vancouver we will return to them gladly.

The property was spacious, clean, and cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had a Murphy bed which was comfortable. The ski lifts were very close, just around the corner. We really liked our accommodation. Highly recommend.
