The entire staff—from the kitchen, cleaning, and assistants—were impeccable. They work as a team, always with kindness and a smile. The gym has everything you need, nothing more is necessary. Also, the outdoor grills let you cook your own food, making you feel at home in the countryside. The only thing I would like to point out is that on some days there is a shortage of cleaning staff, since the hotel offers freshening up every two days. I originally came for one week, but because I had such a wonderful time, I stayed for an additional week.

Lovely spacious cottage in the first row in front of the water. Very tidy and quiet area with deer, turkeys and of course lots of squirrels spotted. Great facilities for free (pool&sauna until 10pm - nice sandy beach and plenty of canoes, kayaks, paddleboards. Also sports & playgrounds for kids. Cottage was nicely equipped with ok kitchen gear.

Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area is just 12 minutes’ drive from Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn. Algonquin Theatre is 2.6 km away. Breakfast was excellent. Service was great. Will sure book again if get chance to revisit next year.
