Overlooking Peninsula Lake, this property offers motel rooms and cottages. It is just 10 km from Huntsville. All guest rooms include a fridge and coffee machine. Complimentary WiFi is provided. The owners were so helpful. They really went out of their way to help us.

Congratulations to the excellent hotel manager. The entire staff—from the kitchen, cleaning, and assistants—were impeccable. They work as a team, always with kindness and a smile. The gym has everything you need, nothing more is necessary. Also, the outdoor grills let you cook your own food, making you feel at home in the countryside. The only thing I would like to point out is that on some days there is a shortage of cleaning staff, since the hotel offers freshening up every two days. I originally came for one week, but because I had such a wonderful time, I stayed for an additional week.

Set in Huntsville, Blue Water Acres has a private beach area, water sports facilities and a tennis court, as well as free WiFi. Lovely spacious cottage in the first row in front of the water. Very tidy and quiet area with deer, turkeys and of course lots of squirrels spotted. Great facilities for free (pool&sauna until 10pm - nice sandy beach and plenty of canoes, kayaks, paddleboards. Also sports & playgrounds for kids. Cottage was nicely equipped with ok kitchen gear.

Located in Huntsville, Best Western Plus Muskoka Inn features an indoor pool, a complimentary full breakfast and rooms with free WiFi. Arrowhead Provincial Park is 6.3 km away. Breakfast was really good and they opened it up at 5am on Sunday morning due to the Ironman Triathlon athletes and spectators who had to eat before heading out for the race.
