All I can say is that the host is above and beyond nice and professional. Did not get to stay in this hotel due to some overbooking issue, but the host accommodated us in a nearby hotel which was also really nice. So we were not left without a room and all was good. We carried on with a lovely and memorable vacation in Grindenwald. Thank you! I would have also liked to stay there, as the view is top, and rooms are big, but it all worked out in the end.

Stunning location, ski in-ski out directly on a blue piste. Extremely welcoming staff, attention to detail that make a comfortable and homely stay - good quality duvets and comfy mattresses, games for kids/adults, complimentary tea/juice in the rooms, flexible check out.
