The property was lovely, quintessentially Swiss and yet modern facilities. Rooms had plenty of space and were so comfortable. We loved the property. Staff were so obliging and helpful. More than happy help with luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator due to age of building, The breakfast was delicious and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious and very reasonable. Rooms were air conditioned and having access to washing machine, drier and iron for a few francs was great. Location very handy…. Bus stop right outside. I would highly recommend Hotel Hirschen.

Location - 2 mins walk to the station; on the main shopping street ; 5 mins walk to the main square; lots of food options and supermarket around. Very comfortable stay and helpful staff.

Two large rooms with soft beds and TVs, one even get access to the winter garden. The dinning room is super big as well. The most stunning thing is the view directly facing the snow mountain. You can even see 🪂 in good weather. I can’t never forget the morning when I open the window, heavy snow turns the world totally into a wonderland. I cannot express how much I am grateful to find this place! This apartment was just chef's kiss to our already amazing Switzerland experience. I would 100 percent recommend and very willing to come back again. 1. Clear check in/out instruction: Host provided a clear instruction on check in prior to our visitation. He even provided a video on how to open main doors and obtain keys. I was traveling with elder parents and it was dark and cold. Because of the clear instruction, we successfully checked in without a single issue. Check out guideline was also on the wall in the kitchen. We followed as instructed and left without any hustle 2. Very clean and tidy 3. Heater: All heaters were working and kept us warm from Interlaken's cold weather. We turned them off when we are getting out for the day and turn them back on when we come back. It warmed the room pretty quickly. And also helped drying our small laundry items super fast! 4. Location: It was less than 5 min walk from both grocery market and the train/bus stations. Host even provided us with the interlaken pass where we can ride Yellow bus and some trains within interlaken for free! So we had no proble using public transportation around to explore the city. We fell in love with the city and this place was part of the BIG reason we fell in love. I will definitely come back here again during my next trip to Switzerland!
