Friendly owner. Provided all information and gave apartment tour. Apartment was equipped with all facilities. It also included complimentary orange juice, sparkling water, bier, bread, jam, butter, berry drink, fruits, chocolates. Wifi worked well and apartment was in quiet neighbourhood. Close to supermarket (5 min walk). Owner also provided some surrounding recommendation (Menzberg) which was absolutely worth it.

Close to everything and was a really nice place to stay. The staff there were fantastic and helped us out with the washer and dryer to make sure we knew how to use them as well we’re very friendly and kind. Christian and was also fantastic with the information he was sending out and was a great host. The apartment we had #1 was excellent and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. This place is a 10/10. A great place to stay

LOVED the location, small town in the mountains of Switzerland! They also provided a few free cups of coffee in the room! VERY large balcony outside as well, and could always hear the bells of nearby cows, was incredibly peaceful!

This was an absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Pius was great and responsive if we had any questions. We had one minor bathroom issue that he fixed right away. The property is located not too far from town so you don't get the busy city sounds at night but you're only 10-15 minutes away to see Old Town. The scenery is next to none. Everyone thinks my photographs are paintings, it doesn't look real how beautiful it is. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was fantastic, featuring large, spacious rooms with lovely views. Its location in a traditional Swiss village added to the charm. Our host, Alex, was incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful time.

The palace-style Hotel Monopol is right next to the Lucerne Train Station, the Chapel Bridge and the KKL Convention Centre. Free WiFi is available. We loved how close it was to the railway, made it so easy when we arrived with all our cases. We had one night then stayed in Montreux for one night, the hotel kept our big cases free of charge till we got back they made it so easy. We stayed another two nights. We had breakfast and it was great everything you wanted. The staff were so helpful anything we asked they were only to happy to help. We had a great stay.
