And Daniela was really friendly and even she offered for pickup and drop at the Train station. We will definitely staying there again.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. In fact, I liked everything in this apartment. Starting with the people, who were very friendly and efficient. I was given a paper that allowed me to have several discounts in activities and I was also given a ticket to the museum of transport for free. The location is excellent: near the center and quiet at the same time. The place was clean and had everything I needed during my stay, including the kitchenware to cook some meals (simple meals, in my case).

I stayed there last year by coincidence and I will come back as much as I can. I stayed there once and I was greeted by a "it's good to see you again" in my own language. It is a family hotel, you feel like family, they are super friendly and everything is done and made with kindness. There is no restaurant anymore but the dining room is open and it is possible to bring dinner (there is microwave); a drink was offered during my stay, nice touch. Breakfast is served in the morning, and it is delicious. The room is clean, spacious and bright with its large windows. Surroundings and landscape are gorgeous. I look forward to go back!
