We absolutely loved this place. Engelberg is the most beautiful town. This apartment is situated right in the center of the town and easy access to everything near by. Everything is very clean and made with love. The rooms are spacious and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The breakfast is swiss style, very delicious with high quality foods and drinks. The owner is very friendly and always there for a talk or recommendations if needed.

GRAND your home with common kitchens with self check-in is centrally located in Engelberg, next to the village´s train station and 600 metres from both Titlis Rotair Cable Car and Gerschnialp -... Most perfect lodge we could have found. Very comfortable beds, private bathrooms in the room, and the (shared) kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Each room key opens an individual fridge so you can securely store all your food and drinks. The host was extremely responsive and made check in a breeze. It’s about 8min walk to the ski lift and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. There’s also a safe for each bed in the room if you want to secure any valuables while you go out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

In Sarnen, 2 km from the Sarnensee Lake, the self-catered Apartments Chalet Wirz Travel offers an air-conditioned apartment with free WiFi and free private parking on site. Everything was perfect - this was our most enjoyable stay in many years of vacationing in different parts of the world. JP is a wonderful host and Sarnen and the apartment were just perfect. I would love to come back and visit again!

Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.
