The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. Loved this place so much that the next time I stay here I want to make a point of staying here. Great location, right in between both train stations, close to food and restaurants was quite clean, kitchen area was very well equipped and great common area. Breakfast in the morning was good as well and staff were very helpful.

The hotel and surrounding infrastructure has been made for its guests convenience. We stayed for short ski holiday and would return to Flims and this hotel in a heartbeat. The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The hotel is seconds from the ski area. Literally right out the front door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very family friendly. View from our room was what we envisioned from a Swiss chalet. Bus service from hotel to downtown Grindelwald comes 4x times an hours and only minutes away. Will definitely go again.

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

The room we were staying at had a balcony facing the entrance to the hotel, with the windows closed, we could not hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was very good, quite an extensive spread. Some plus points, there are some guests lounge, with lots of teas and coffees, which we could also take up to our room. Also, a fully equipped “picnic room”, where we can have our take out food, and even a microwave oven to heat up the food. The picnic room is very cosy, and looks so pretty too! There was no TV in the room, but there’s one in one of the guests lounge.
