Everything well organized with up-to-date interior. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Not a huge selection, but just enough to not be overwhelmed. The croissants were excellent! Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. I was our first time to Zermatt and the place lived up beyond our expectations. Lovely stay in the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and on top of that, friendly staffs. View of Matterhorn from our room is just jaw dropping.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The location is really good. Though it’s not near the train station, it’s only 20min walk or 15min ride with the free bus service given by the hotel. The view of the hotel, I would say, it’s much better than those next to the train station and the main road - simply choose rooms with mountain views. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. And the facilities are great with no complaints.
