The hosts were amazing people, they gave us fresh chess-nut Jam which was homemade and their dogs were very adorable. The property was well maintained with everything what a tourist needs. They spoke to us like family.

Cuore Alpino is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Valle di Blenio. Easy to reach by public transport and a great starting point to go exploring in various directions. Sara is an incredible host who made the stay extra special: she's super kind, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. This is also reflected in the house: from the communal spaces to the rooms themselves you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into every detail, there's a lot of character as well as a very high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast is also delicious and locally sourced, and Sara adapted it for us being vegan. 100% recommended to anyone who's thinking about visiting the area, and we'll definitely choose to stay at Cuore Alpino next time we're there.

It was rainy part of the time but we had plenty of room for the four of us, with a comfortable couch in the living room and a table to play cards. The view from the deck, which also had a table, was amazing. Helpful hosts downstairs. We took the bus from the train station and then figured out which steps (not a huge amount) to walk up and our host saw us and gave us the keys and a tour. Cooked a basic dinner one night in the kitchen. It was nice to have the coffee machine and pods there, as it made excellent coffees. Also a nice selection of teas.

This chalet is a nice experience. The reason why I give a 10/10 is that al standard commercial places become boring over time. This small chalet in the middle of the mountains is the exact opposite. The full wood interior and the low ceiling (I’m 1.83 and nearly touch the ceiling) made it really cosy. The bed is also great.

Amazing location, beautiful mountains and waterfall view just outside of the window. 10 minutes walk to the waterfall and hiking area in the beautiful forest and mountains. Supermarket, Pizza places 10 minutes walk maximum. Easy check in/ check out. Parking space just in front of the house. Very helpful hosts. I put 10 points without any hesitation and wish I will stay at this lovely house and location again.
