Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. I like most the hotel personnel because they helped me in my concerns. That's what I appreciate the most.
