The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Clean rooms without a carpet floor which always looks a little dirty. Plus the stuff was super friendly, the bed unusually comfortable because quite hard.

This 3-star hotel is a modern and trendy city hotel located in the car-free Bahnhofstrasse and contains modern yet comfortable rooms, as well as a private parking garage. The staff and hotel were wonderful. The breakfast was also great! Location was great as well, less than a 5 min walk from the train station.

The price to value ratio, exceptionally helpful stuff, location, facilities and atmosphere in the hotel. The way the hotel accommodated the dog and provided all the necessities.
