Bus tickets, maps, tourist guides and a file with useful information were included. I had the whole place to myself and the inviting living room was a calm oasis to relax in at the end of a long day. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The location is only a short walk from the Harz Railway station at Schierke. The hotel is quiet, and is only a few steps away from several local restaurants. Hiking in the area is very good. In short, we'd like to stay again one day.
