The Hotel Zugspitze's spacious rooms feature a modern en suite bathroom, Alpine-style furnishings, comfortable beds and free high-speed internet access. Restaurant & cuisine – The dining room delivered outstanding food, excellent table service, and mountain views that made every meal memorable. Hospitality – Staff throughout the hotel—from check‑in to housekeeping—exceeded every expectation. Breakfast experience – A wide and tasty buffet, prompt service, with hot dishes prepared on request made for an energizing start to each day. Ideal for short stopovers – I originally planned this as a two‑night rest to avoid a long drive after a flight. While I didn’t have time for the spa, its generally praised 1,000 m² wellness area shows just how full a longer stay could be. Impeccable cleanliness – I hold very high standards for hygiene; the room and public areas surpassed them entirely.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains.

Farchant is an ideal staring point for hiking and skiing, with several skilifts within 9 km. Zugspitze (mountain) is 15 kilometers away and Eibsee (lake) is 15 kilometers away. Warm welcome, well heated clean, spacious and comfortable room, good bed and extremely good breakfast including great coffee and fruit. Spacious parking for a big car.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. It has panorama garden with a view of the Zugspitze mountain peak and is located just few minutes' walk from the centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Great hotel with a nice spa area. Even though we only had breakfast and dinner included, they also invited to have lunch free of charge! The food quality is simply amazing!

Mornings at the Hotel Antonia start with a freshly prepared breakfast in the breakfast room. The hotel was in the central location of the town. It is a lovely hotel and the view from balcony was beautiful. The host was very friendly and breakfast was great.
