Clean and modern, close to the city but in a unique location at the Olympic training center. Free laundry facilities and well equipped kitchen were nice.

A flat-screen TV, minibar and tea/coffee facilities are standard at Arctic Light Hotel. Bathrobes and slippers add extra comfort, and some rooms have their own kitchenette. Each room has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a bath or shower. I liked everything about this hotel. Check in was simple. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful as was the service staff member who explained how to use my very own private sauna which I took full advantage of during my stay. I loved that the room was spacious. The breakfast was expansive and they even served bubbly. A perfect stay.

These modern, 2-bedroom cottages are located 3 km from Rovaniemi City Centre and Train Station. Ounasvaara Ski Resort is 500 metres away. Each features a private sauna, fireplace and washing machine with dryer. Everything was just beautiful for all of us, a family of three adults and two grown up boys passing by at the end of August. We loved this warm and cozy chalet where we felt as at home, the rooms with comfortable beds and furnitures, the living room with the huge wooden table and the sofa with warm small blankets to enjoy the fireplace, the two bathrooms with showers, and the sauna, the perfectly equipped and sized kitchen. But above all, we loved the feeling of being immersed in the woods, where it happened to meet lazy reindeers strolling around.

Situated right next to the Ounasvaara Winter Sports Centre on Ounasvaara Fell, Lapland Hotel Sky Ounasvaara offers a restaurant and roof terrace with views over Rovaniemi city and the Kemijoki River valley. Parking is free. Great room with a sauna it was really special. Loved using it. The dining was superb . Wait staff are very good one exceptional one was Boris. He was so friendly and professional.

Featuring lake views, Lapland Old School provides accommodation with a garden, around 31 km from Kolari Train Station. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The guest house features family rooms. Super good one or two nights stayed or even a week or so. Room is very nice and clean loved this place I’ll stay here again if I have chance to come back.
