The warden is more than helpful. You feel like beeing in a Little paradise. All the amenities you can find. Koli village is not far so you can get there by bike where there is a supermarket and restaurants.Kolin Lotus Cottage is really the best of Finland you can find. The cottages are spatious, pleasant and next to the lake.

We stayed 2 nights at Kolin Kolo, which was the best place we have ever lived in Finland. It was a really family-friendly place. For example, we could drive for 5 minutes to the top place to park from here; it offers heat system and sauna, it was private and secure. The kitchen was also excellent, it offers almost everything we need.

The location is not far from Koli National park and you can also book a horseback riding from them (if you wish, too- they have icelandic horses!). The property is ideal for anyone (solo traveler, couple, family, and friends) who would like to visit Koli. Also, the hosts are very friendly and very attentive.
