The decoration in the upstairs common room was very inviting and created a cozy vibe. The young woman welcoming us and cooking our breakfast was very friendly and it was nice chatting to her and the other guests in the kitchen. The B&B was a short walk away from several restaurants in the very small town.

We were lucky to see strong auroras from our bedroom - spectacular! Breakfast had all you could wish for, including a choice of freshly cooked options. Dinner was superb in both quality and presentation. Skiing track passes right behind the property. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Sauna was lovely after a long day on the hill. There is a locker downstairs for all ski/snow equipment, as well as a room for waxing and fixing snowboards which was great! being able to do laundry and use the drying cabinet was also very useful. bed were comfortable and we got plenty of good sleep.

Offering 5 log cottages by Ylläs Mountain, Tunturioravat is a 5-minute walk from central Äkäslompolo. All cottages have wooden interiors, free Wi-Fi access and a private sauna. It was very clean and comfortable. It even looked nicer in reality than in pictures. Very cozy atmosphere. Sauna was great. Good location need the skiing tracks.

Hotel Ylläshumina is beautifully situated by Lake Äkäslompolo, near the village of Äkäslompolo. We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The property is beautiful, food is tasty, rooms are comfortable, and the saunas are really nice. Staff are friendly and happy to help you plan your stay.
