I loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The attention to détail, the cleanliness, the staff and location were all outstanding. Really looking forward to going back for another weekend break. This place far exceeded our expectations! Really conveniently located, great to see both sides of the Volcanoes natural park. The room was really clean, pretty and cosy, with some well thought and appreciated additions, like free cocoa <3 I LOVED the shower! Both the inlcuded breakfast and the dinner we ordered were super tasty, served beautifully and in large portions, and with great vegetarian options! Last but not least, the owners are super kind, very pleasant and extremely welcoming. Thank you!!

Breakfast was amazing by the pool. The hospitality and kindness of Lily and Didier were great, always ready to help and advice for hikes, shops and restaurants, which make our stay even better. The place is very well take care of, and with a pleasant garden and trees. We spent the mornings outside enjoying the oustanding mountains, and the afternoons having a swim at the pool and reading. It was a great place to disconnect and being active doing outdoors activities. Looking forward to come back with my family too. Merci beaucoup Lily and Didier! C´est Super!

Our rooms were fantastic and we even had a huge parlor room where we could hang out with the other couple travelling with us. It's a beautiful building and we felt like we were staying in a fancy private villa. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Pleasant views from the rooms. Fabulous location to walk in the interesting and pretty town of La Bourboule. Easy street parking. The owners were extremely kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our breakfast with the owner's homemade yogurt and met some very nice other travelers over breakfast. Highly recommend La Villa Francois Premier if you're visiting La Bourboule.

Everything was super charming but the best was the friendliness of the hosts, the superb food and the looks. Very cozy and charming house with great surroundings for hiking. You feel like home and the hosts are such great people and good cooks.

Comfy and well-furnished, two whole rooms with a kitchen, a wood pellet stove, multiple chairs and couches, books about the region... The owner was also very kind and I'm sure she wouldn't have helped if I had any problem. In the center of beautiful Murat. And crazy cheap for all that.

I felt so lucky to get a room here. Meticulously run by a lovely young woman with excellent English. Superb food and a lovely atmosphere.
