These recently renovated beautiful barns have been tastefully decorated and comprise of 3 cottages which sleep 18 altogether (plus cots), there are 11 beds within 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms some are ensuite. In addition there is a very large sporting lodge with a pool table , big log burner and dining area for 18, perfect for small parties and family gatherings! Very comfortable cottages. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Nice parking space for a van. Beautiful area. Pub down the street was a nice surprise.

The space was homey, inviting, and full of charm. With its three small stories, it has a unique layout—do be prepared for stairs—but that added to the cottage's cozy character. The location is also fantastic: conveniently close to the train station and within easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and amenities in the charming town of Kendal. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the owners was excellent. They were very helpful and responsive, especially when we had a question about the door lock. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Kendal. Highly recommend!

It is set 8.8 km from Brunel University and offers full-day security. The homestay features family rooms. It was clean, easy to find and access, and very close to the airport. We spent only one day there as we wanted to be close to the airport for our 7 am flight, and I wish we stayed longer. It was a nice clean room with a private bathroom, the instructions were sent to us in a timely manner too. Would recommend.
