The balcony and bathroom are both spacious. Extremely clean and well maintained. Was able to park my bicycle in the lobby or balcony. Hot shower works very well and quickly. Rooms heater can be turn on which is useful option. Large well equipped pantry area with living area. Indian restaurant is just 150m down the hill. Able to stop marshrutka almost in front of premise.
