We stayed from 22-26 Feb 2024 with a group of friends. From the pictures and ratings it did look nice and we had high expectations but in reality, it turned out to be beyond our imagination. The property itself is a charming old Tiblisi house which has been converted beautifully into apartments of various sizes. The attention to detail is exceptional. From the decoration to the cutlery, from amenities to quality of bedding, everything was excellent! There was no lift but that didn't matter at all as they carried our luggage back and forth without us even asking. The traditional balcony was a lovely place to unwind. It had a complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove and all cutlery/utensils. All that being said, the best was was their staff! From the moment we called them for the room description even before the booking till the day we left, they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Lilli who was our host was there at all times and helped us with all our needs, from sorting the rooms for us to recommending us the best breakfast places, to taking us to choose the Atelier jewellery to biding us farewell. It really felt like we had known her for ages! Aram was again very helpful throughout our stay. We want to thank all the staff at the residence especially Lilli and Aram for making us feel so welcomed and relaxed. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and this will be my go to place in Tiblisi!

Excellent location with view over all of Tbilisi. Has a rooftop which you can use at night to enjoy the nightlights of the city. Room had lots of natural light and was clean. Very friendly hosts.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. A quiet and peaceful place, opposite the house there is a beautiful park. There is no flow of tourists, you need to walk to the sights, but no more than 20-30 minutes. Most of attractions are no more than a kilometer away, the embankment and big shopping centre are also nearby. Great view from the terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, in the courtyard we were able to park a car for free. There was bottled water in the room, for which special thanks. And all things for living was there. In terms of price and quality, I think it is one of the best offers. We recommend. Among the features: the check-in is contact, through a polite relative of the hostess, we were met and escorted. The apartment is on the third floor with a small staircase leading to it.

A casino and a baby safety gate are available at Chrono Room, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. A great little apartment with everything you could want for a short stay. It’s very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The hostess was kind and prompt with all messages. I made the mistake of leaving my phone charger when I left. After contacting her, she said she had found it and kept it for me for 10 days when I returned to Tbilisi. I totally recommend staying here.

The design is a bit unusual, but nice. Wi-fi is fast. You have enough plugs in the room which is also important. Very welcoming owners.
