Katia and Emilio were amazing. We arrived late and they picked us up from the bus stop. Once we dropped our bags they insisted on driving us into town for dinner and picking us up again as it was so late. Our room was newly renovated which was not shown in the pictures, so it was a pleasant surprise. The included breakfast was fantastic, the eggs were delicious, and Lucia was so very friendly and b accommodating each morning, always checking in on us. We have travelled Europe extensively, and this was by far our favourite accommodation, plus the views are out of this world. Thanks again Katia, Emilio & Lucia!

The apartment was premium and we'll furnished. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The view is amazing. Very close to water falls and many attractions. The breakfast was excellent with many options for vegan and gluten free. Just amazing.

Ski storage is also available. Everything about Steindls met our expectations and more! Very nice and spacious room and bathroom. Great private terrace for relaxation. Nice bar with a huge selection of drinks. Seriously delicious breakfast! By far the best, we have ever had in a hotel! Walking distance to Vipiteno. Cute town with great restaurants!

We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.
