The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

First, the grounds were beautifully manicured and designed! Our daughters spent loads of time sitting in the garden just soaking in the peacefulness next to the very clean, well-maintained pool (which I definitely took advantage of after the long Mt. Etna hike!) that had nice chairs and umbrellas as well. Our unit was on the second floor and had huge front and back patios! Loved having the washing machine and this was a great location to visit Mt. Etna (if you walk to the top of the property you can see it!) Bedroom itself was a little tight with the queen and one twin, and the other the twin bed was actually in the kitchen but my daughter didn't care. Host was lovely and responsive - she made sure to greet us as well as bid us farewell, and of course got us anything that needed restocking straight away. She truly cares about your experience and maintains a beautiful property!

Il Borghetto di San Giuseppe EtnaRooms&Apartments se află în Nicolosi și are vedere la munte, precum și o grădină, un lounge comun și o terasă. The room was very spacious. They upgraded us in a bigger one with living room because we were with the kid. They were very nice to wait for us patiently although we got late because of plane and car rental delays. There were all the needed amenities, the bathroom was huge and even with a washing machine. The room had direct access at the garden which was really nice. The breakfast had plenty of options and the host was there all the time to make sure that we had everything we needed. It is a great stay in Nicolosi, especially when you plan to explore Etna park from there.
