The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

The unique athmosphere, the luxury mixed with down to earth vibe and most of all : lovely personelle. This is one of those hidden gems that will stick to you. I tell everybody about this place who are going to Sicily. The wine cellar is cooled by the natural temperature there, built into the rocks. The restaurant has amazing food. They have two tame foxes😍 All day long you can hear to boulder from mother Etna, and we were lucky to see lava eruption when we were there in July. I also think this place is wonderful in any season. All the details makes you wonder around, hammocks outside. Fresh food and snack. It’s up in the mountain so the air is fresher than on the beach. I loved it here- I loved the energy. I really got to relax.

Hosts were exceptional in going above and beyond to meet all our needs (e.g. hot, fresh-baked croissants every morning), plenty of snacks, coffee and fruit, etc. We stayed in seven different locations and it was by far our favorite!

Architecturally and design-wise absolutely perfect, down to the smallest detail. Parking on site, super helpful staff, high chair for babies, great pizzeria in the same building as the hotel, super comfy beds and baby crib, great pressure in showers, excellent breakfast (eggs to order, fresh juices, freshly cut ham and cheese etc - if you don't speak Italian just ask for all of these - ex. fresh yogurt is in fridge, not on the buffet; you need to ask for cooked eggs/omelette yourself). The town is cute, a couple of great patisseries (Russo was one of our favorites in all our travels to Italy), location close to Etna while not too far away from the beach,

It is a very calm and remote destination under the beautiful Etna park where you can relax to the highest level. I recommend a car for this stay since it is a starting point for many trips and you can use a car for grocery shopping too. Each one of the rooms is beautiful, new and well equipped! Each room has its own outside area where you can have breakfasts or dinners. The pool is magnificent. It offers the view of the whole resort and it feels like being somewhere completely else. To anyone considering this stay, either couple or family, I highly recommend it! And do not let me forget to mention Monica, the owner and facilitator. She is one of the nicest, kindest and friendliest owners I talked to ever. Communication with her is excellent, she replies days and nights and tries her best to meet your needs. Ideal location for exploring Etna. 20 minutes by car to Rifugio Sapienza. View to Etna from the terrace. Very responsive and helpful hostess. The room was clean and tidy. The terrace was ideal for breakfast and supper. If you plan to visit Catania from Nicolosi, consider driving to "Parcheggio Scambiatore Due Obelischi", and then using bus BRT1.

Giovanni was an excellent host and we will definitely be back whenever we visit Etna again. The B&B is very well equipped and situated just 30 minutes away from Etna making it the perfect location if you would like to center your holiday around ETNA/Catania/Taormina/Savoca etc. We were welcomed with our dogs with open arms and we couldn't be more grateful. The breakfast was also a highlight to our day. Overall a wonderful stay at Giovanni's who was always willing to help us and suggest places to go. Thank you
