The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Frequent visits from the local fox - I forget its name, but it does have one.

Hosts were exceptional in going above and beyond to meet all our needs (e.g. hot, fresh-baked croissants every morning), plenty of snacks, coffee and fruit, etc. We stayed in seven different locations and it was by far our favorite!

The terrace was ideal for breakfast and supper. If you plan to visit Catania from Nicolosi, consider driving to "Parcheggio Scambiatore Due Obelischi", and then using bus BRT1.

This b&b is awesome; our room as well as the bathroom was very large and clean. There are only 3 rooms, so nice and quiet. They have a large pool with a honestly bar, so you can get your own cool drinks (soda’s, beer, wine, etc). The breakfast, done by Angela, was very good. The b&b is situated very close to the meeting point of the Etna excursions. Mauro is very helpful and gives you all the the information for the different tours you need.

Everything was done to make a guest feel welcome and have a comfortable stay. The host is excellent, the house is excellent in a quiet paradise in a Etna-slope town, the room was big and comfortable, the pool was a welcome refreshing bonus and breakfast was all you need for a good start. The other guests were also very kind and aware of being quiet after a certain hour so couldn't be better.
