They provided a book that had recommended places to eat and visit and we took it with us on our drive and it made it so easy! Staff was super friendly and communicated with us often to ensure our arrival time (we drove from Venice Marco Polo). The amenities were amazing! The kids loved the hot tub and it started snowing while we were in there which made it beautiful!

The receptionist didn't talk english, but it was possible to understand everything. She even moved her car that we could have a parking place. The view from the window is amazing, the room was big.
