Superb location in central Sapporo, very close to many restaurants, shops and sites. The hotel itself oozed style, combined with a warm welcoming vibe. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Including helping me find the destination of my car hire company. Our room was large, clean and impeccably presented. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable. Showering and bathing facilities were first class, in the form of a wet room with a decent sized bath Audiovisual equipment worked well.

Open from November 2018, Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori is situated in Sapporo. A 3-minute walk from Odori Park, the property is also a 7-minute walk away from Sapporo Clock Tower and offers free WiFi. Great size room with everything we needed. Breakfast was yum, small but good variety. Very clean and staff were friendly. Great location, very close to the street markets, and lots of great spots to eat nearby.

The hotel is fairly new, very well appointed, and a great location with enough things to do in Hanazono. The thing we appreciated most was the hospitality -- the staff were very attentive and helpful, from the front desk, room service and in-house dining. Our room had a beautiful view, the beds and beddings were great. We actually had the best sleep here.

Perfect for a long stay in Sapporo — I wish I had stayed longer. Everything was perfect. The twin room we got was spacious, with large beds, a nice and clear view, and clean, quiet surroundings with easy access to Sapporo Station. The elevators were fast and reliable. There was daily free bottled water, cleaning and even a tote bag provided for shopping or onsen use. The bath towels and POLA toiletries were excellent — the shampoo is my new favorite! The pajamas were very comfortable, like a Muji style - wish I could take them home.

The Room was very spacious espcially for Japan standards we were reallt impressed. huge tv, comfy couch, comfy beds, great kitchen...everythijt was perfect ill stay here again next time though!

Bus stop was just few minutes away from the hotel if you need to go Kutchan.
