The design was very nice and cozy, place was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast served everyday and there was free shuttle service taking you to the breakfast and ski locations. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Owner Sano-San is very nice and involved and makes it a welcoming environment.

Overlooking snowy mountain scenery, the classy Lapind’or serves New York-style steak cuisine. Nanashigure serves sushi, while Bireika offers authentic Chinese dishes and Arlberg boasts open-air dining on the terrace and a Japanese/Western breakfast buffet. I like the restaurants' selection and their excellent service quality, which was in my experience, exceptional for ski resorts. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed walking around in the hotel, it is clean and thoughtfully maintained. The shuttle bus service is also good, pickup from the train station is hassles-free.
