Offering a barbecue and ski storage space, AIBIYA is located in Yamanouchi in the Nagano Region, 4.1 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. The staff was very nice and we had very interesting conversations. They give very good advice on the area and the Onsen. The place is spotless clean, beautiful and very quiet and comfortable. For a fee, you have access to Onsen in neighboring hotels. The town of Yudanaka is also very nice. The hotel is very close to the train station. From there, you can take a bus to the Snow Monkey Park. Convenience store, bars and restaurants are all walking distance too. If you need to do laundry, be aware that you have to start it before 8pm (might be good to know if you're traveling around and didn't have time to do it before).

Absolutely stunning, beautiful location, easy car parking. Huge room, comfortable sitting area, amazing views. Wonderful facilities.

Akira and his mother were incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home. They made me dinner and breakfast (gluten free and vegetarian) which was amazing. Their private Onsen is lovely and the room was really comfortable. Would highly recommend

At Daymaruya Ryokan, guests can enjoy hot-spring baths and traditional Japanese-style accommodations with free wired internet access. It was calm and very traditional, exactly as we hoped. The staff was so precious and sweet we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely recommend. We got access to public onsens as well as a private one🌟

The location was excellent. The staff were absolutely amazing…I mean mind blowingly amazing & utterly kind & beautiful

Located in the Shibu hot-spring district, guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths at Suminoyu. Massages can be requested and a footbath is also available for extra relaxation. Incredible stay, the food was amazing and the staff so helpful. They have a shuttle to the monkey park and even brought out bags to the station for us. Cannot recommend this more for a fabulous Ryokan experience.
