Access to the kitchen to prepare your own food, (if you stay long get groceries in Yamagata before coming). Wash machine access (at small fee). Location: next door to free Onsen (10 meters) and close to ski lift (400 meters) and convenience shop (400 meters). Overall felt really welcomed and would recommend this.
