I like that there was a coin/operated laundromat in the hotel. The location 200 m from Yamagata station is excellent.

The bath downstairs is a welcome retreat after skiing if you don’t fancy the 7 min walk to the local onsen. Well worth it. Check which one with Rio. The apartment has a hot tub and room service. A lot of space in the annex, private, had its own parking and staff provided exceptional service.

But they are very nice and friendly. They gave us a very good service. Breakfast is delicious!

Yamagata Zao Onsen Ski Resort can be accessed by ski lifts and aerial lifts that are located within a 5- to 10-minute walking distance from the property. Very nice, traditional experience! We were very surprised with the diversity of the breakfast. If you want to experience a proper Japanese breakfast, here is one place where you can do that very well. The onsen was very pleasant too, but you might need to get accustomed to the temperature. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here and we can definitely recommend! Thanks a lot :)

I'm really grateful for her help and concern. she also gave us ticket to the public onsen. 😍 thank you so much, we had a wonderful time.
