Really clean, excellent appliances. A lot of love has gone into this place. Boris, the owner, was extremely helpful and hospitable. Hospitality makes a place and I found the welcome to be second to none. I highly recommend this place. Great that there is clearly reserved parking. Old Town of Budva is about a 45 minute walk. Becici Beach just 5 minutes away. There's a small shop close by (although the owners and workers there are as miserable as sin!)

The Oliva Hotel in Budva enjoys a central yet quiet location, only a 5-minute walk from the long gravel beach of Slovenska Plaza. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a balcony. We initially chose this hotel for its great location, but what will truly bring us back is the impeccable service and thoughtful attention to every detail. The rooms were beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable(especially bed), and clean. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings with a delicious breakfast on the terrace. The warm hospitality of the staff (especially the owner of the hotel) made our stay feel truly memorable. Thank you 🤍

The apartment is in a great location and is very clean, modern, and fresh. It comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including excellent Wi-Fi. The owner is helpful and promptly answers any questions. Additionally, there is a nice view from the rooftop. The apartments are conveniently located close to both the sea and the city, with restaurants, bars, and shops just a short 15-20-minute walk away. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. I highly recommend this place!

We loved having breakfast and dinner on one of the 2 balconies there and soaking it all in. The apartment was super clean, had AC and everything you need (fully equipped kitchen and access to a private laundry room with a dryer!) It’s about a 25 minute walk (or a 5 min drive) along the bay to the old town. There are so many little beaches and restaurants along the way it’s a wonderful walk! Miloš and his mother Milica were the best hosts offering tips of things to do in the area and always helping us. Milica also gave us some homemade sweets at check out. 100% recommend!!

Offering a garden, Bujanic Apartments is situated in Tivat, 22 km from Budva. Podgorica is 47 km from the property. All units are air conditioned and feature a seating and dining area. Thank you very much for our small vacation! All was perfect!
