The barn and surroundings were impeccable and comfortable. The host was extremely communicative. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This apartment hotel is in central Røldal, 42 km from Odda. A fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private balcony are standard. Wi-Fi and on-site parking are free. Very spacious, clean, full kitchen and beautiful view. Staff was very responsive and accommodating. I really wish we had more time to stay as the room just felt like home and comfortable.. The road to Roldal was closed due to bad weather the original day we were going to stay, so had to change the dates last minute which was given smoothly without penalty. They also held our room the next day in case there was bad weather which was forecasted, but we ended up not staying which was nice to have a backup plan without committing to paying for another night. I kind of was hoping to get snowed in just to have an excuse to stay another night!

Situated on Lake Vågslidvatn, this hotel is 4 km away from Haukelifjell Ski Centre. It offers free WiFi and accommodation with scenic views. Very nice and comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast.

Situated 4 km from Røldal Village, overlooking Lake Røldalsvatnet, Hordatun Hotel offers international cuisine and an on-site bar. A great hotel with huge duplex rooms for the five of us. Good secure parking in the basement for the five motorcycles. Lovely helpful staff who couldn’t do more to help. Definitely stay here again!!

It‘s beautiful and there is everything you need to make yourself comfortable. There are other cabins nearby but it‘s still quiet and your private space. It‘s also a good location to explore the beautiful nature and go for a hike. And the host, Søren, is always available if you have questions or need something. Thank you for this stay!

Comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful apartment with very good facilities. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need and some more. Also there was a washing machine. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains but this probably varies from one apartment to another (some of the apartments probably don't have much of a view as it is obstructed by the buildings). It was very quiet and pleasant stay. This is a perfect base for exploring nearby mountain nature with a car. Grocery store is in Røldal center just 5 minutes drive away. Underground parking with a lift straight up to the apartment floor was great on rainy weather. These apartments are located in the yellow building behind the main hotel building.
