They are fourth generation owners and they have got everything correct. A beautiful historic hotel in a tranquil l setting next to a lac. Absolutely perfection itself. Nothing was a problem. I am lactose intolerant and they prepared different meals for me. The breakfast had so much choice even vegan cheese which was really lovely, and while I'm praising this hotel, I would just like to say they have the best coffee in Norway that I've tasted. Congratulations for treating their guests as friends. When we come back to Norway we certainly will go out of our way to stay there again. The location overlooking the lake is Paradise, with the nicest owners.

Hiking and cross-country ski trails are found nearby, and a shop and gym are within 10 minutes’ walk. Location is just breathtaking… wonderful cabin with everything facilitated Great host !!

The host Jarle was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more special.
