I had an amazing experience at Lofoten Rorbuer. Great location, super friendly and helpful staff and possibility to rent a boat and go on a fishing vacation is great.

Situated in central Storvågan, Nyvågar offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and 2-floor apartments in traditional Norwegian fishermen’s cottages. All include a balcony or terrace. We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage with sea view for 2 nights in mid Sept 24. The cabin was cozy with lots of space to cook and relax. Despite the autumn storm and rain, the view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was good with an incredible selection of food. As we have to leave very early the next morning, the manager was so kind to pack some breakfast boxes for us the night before. We strongly recommend to everyone.

The communication with the host was easy, we received all the information before we got there and we were also contacted after we checked in , to make sure we have everything we need ( I thought that was nice of them). It was a 5 min drive to the ski slopes and 10 min to the shopping center. We really liked it, will definitely come back!

Some units have a balcony or patio. - We stayed here during winter, and the room was nice and cozy. - The view from the room was great. - The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. - Breakfast was included with the room, and we had the chance to try Norwegian brown cheese for the first time and we loved it!
