Very nice apartment with good facilities. Supermarket quite close. WiFi worked quite well. The staff were very helpful. Parking was possible for free outside the building

Cardrona Hotel features an iconic on-site restaurant and bar. You can enjoy the picturesque gardens while sipping a drink on the patio. Large, comfortable rooms in a beautiful, historic hotel. There is a spa in the garden that is open for hotel guest use. The attached restaurant is amazing, with lovely log fires to sit around and a delicious menu. This was our second time staying at the Cardrona, and we would definitely return again in the future.

Arthur's Pass Alpine Motel is located high in New Zealand’s Southern Alps, within Arthur’s Pass Village. The host is super welcoming and helpful, even suggesting great places to visit in the area. The chalet is fully equipped, including a fireplace, and very well maintained. I highly recommend this place!

Archway Motels & Chalets offers quiet and secluded accommodation, only 200 metres from Lake Wanaka. Wanaka is an amazing place to stay. I get the impression that most travellers use Wanaka as a stop off to the Glaciers like we did. If i was planning my trip again I would spend at least a few nights in Archway motel, Wanaka. The hosts Jacqui and Mark can not do enough for you, they really are the best hosts you could wish for. Mark went out of his way to help my wife and I reschedule our trip to the Glaciers following the road closure at Hass. I can not think him enough for his reassuring assistance. Add to the above, the chalets are extremely high-end, comfort, quality, home from home. My wife and I would stay here again and for longer if we get back to NZ. Just 250 metres from Lake Wakatipu, Alexis Motel & Apartments features a large shared patio offering views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains. Free upgrade in a bigger apartment with a marvellous lookout on the lake and the remarkables. 10 min walking to the city centre. Very comfy bed

Stayed at a two-bedroom apartment for two nights. It was cosy and spacious. Helen was the so kind and helpful. She helped us to store our luggage before the check-in time so that we could wander around. Check-in was easy and a parking lot was provided. Only downside is you need to be cautious when exiting from the premise, especially when there are cars parked on the roadside. It took about 12 - 15 minutes to walk to the town, and it's also easy to walk to Skyline from town.
