Cardrona Hotel features an iconic on-site restaurant and bar. You can enjoy the picturesque gardens while sipping a drink on the patio. It was a welcome rest as we arrived by bike. The front entrance is vintage and unassuming…but behind the long hedge is a huge beer garden which serves very tasty and reasonably priced food. We didn’t go in to the restaurant as the beer and garden food sufficed. The room was comfortable and looked in to the courtyard. The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate our bicycles. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend people go in the front door and check it out.

Arthur's Pass Alpine Motel is located high in New Zealand’s Southern Alps, within Arthur’s Pass Village. Great spacious area walking distance to the village and the lady was really lovely, gave us recommendations and provided lots of DVDs

Archway Motels & Chalets offers quiet and secluded accommodation, only 200 metres from Lake Wanaka. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The host is very kind and showed us the local food options and other facilities.

Just 250 metres from Lake Wakatipu, Alexis Motel & Apartments features a large shared patio offering views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains. Great view,perfect location to have a walk,stuff was very nice,only regret is we only book two days,hope we spent longer time at queenstown.

Stayed at a two-bedroom apartment for two nights. It was cosy and spacious. Helen was the so kind and helpful. She helped us to store our luggage before the check-in time so that we could wander around. Check-in was easy and a parking lot was provided. Only downside is you need to be cautious when exiting from the premise, especially when there are cars parked on the roadside. It took about 12 - 15 minutes to walk to the town, and it's also easy to walk to Skyline from town.

Super convenient for visiting Arrowtown. Couple of dining options within walking distance. Jennifer (host) is friendly and accommodating. She provided clear directions for the apartment, easy to check in and out. Beautiful apartment with plenty of space to spread out. The bed was the best we've had during our trip, we slept well. Great bathroom, kitchen, spacious living area and outdoor patio seating. The washer/dryer came in handy too. We actually cooked two meals in and ate at two of the walkable restaurants nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to book again, we couldn't have enjoyed it more.
