We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

Located in Szklarska Poręba by the forest, Aparthotel Czarny Kamień Resort & SPA offers free parking, free access to an ozonised indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, dry and... Sauna, indoor/outdoor pools, room with billiards, darts and table football are in my heart. Barbeque on Saturday is also a good idea. Staff is very friendly and spa is really relaxing. We even stayed an additional night. There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Spa and pool again excellent, with the outside hot tub a must to end the day. Nothing to fault

Hotel Na Skarpie is located in Szklarska Poręba and offers a view of the Karkonosze mountains. The property houses a bar and a bowling alley, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. Friendly and helpful Staff. Nice clean and freshly smell room. Free parking in front of the place was not crowded and easy to park. Breakfast correct, nothing special :)
