Our room was spacious, modern designed and very clean. Wonderful spa area, warm water in the pool, sauna and everything are included in the price. Breakfast is delicious and has a large choice. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas Holidays, what created a wonderful atmosphere :)

We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

Hotel Greno is a 3-star hotel, located 100 metres from the Biały Jar Ski Lift. It offers free access to a sauna and a swimming pool with an integrated hot tub, as well as free Wi-Fi. Swimming pool was cool, nearly empty. Felt like private one :) Delicious breakfast.

Pensjonat Śnieżka is located in a peaceful area of Karpacz, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the town. The Śnieżka features rooms with a TV and a telephone. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful, spacious room. Beautiful nature. Parking is available. We traveled with two dogs and were very pleased

Situated at the foot of the Śnieżka Mountain, Mercure Karpacz Skalny offers a heated swimming pool and a SPA and many facilities for children - including a children's plunge pool. Everything was top notch and as expected and the location was great.

This picturesque hotel features Alpine interiors and is tranquilly located amongst spacious surroundings, lush green grounds and stunning mountain scenery which is popular with hikers, cyclists and... The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The interior design elements are so well thought through that each should serve as an examples for other small hotels. More often than not we typically stay at 4-5 star international hotel chains, yet this hotel clearly can compete even with the best.
