At the guest house, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The room is very spacious and modern styled. The bed is comfortable. We booked a room with a balcony and had 2 balconies in our room which was really great. The staff were very responsive and friendly. We asked for coffee in our room twice and once for some towels, and they were always accommodating. The hotel is in a really good location, only minutes on foot away from Krupowki street, and outside one can find plenty of taxis parked right adjacent to the property. Breakfast was also good

This was our second stay for our small honeymoon trip and we would like to say a very big thank you to all of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and kind, when they found out that this is our honeymoon, they gifted us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which was very unexpected and pleasant surprise. The administrator at the reception was a huge contribution to improving the quality of our trip, we don’t know what we would have done without her. Her quick actions and proficiency in communication helped us arrange a rental car for a very good price and on the same day, which we couldn’t find ourselves for already two days before that. She advised us on the best hiking routes in the Tatra mountains, which we loved so much and have so great memories of now. We also had a chance to meet the owner of the hotel, who was also very welcoming to us and very pleasant to talk to. We will definitely come back here some other time, this will be our favorite place to stay in Zakopane for sure.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms, the beds are very comfortable. Nice to have a small kitchen as well in the room. Free coffee, water and tea at the reception was great. Then the sauna and steam room were welcome after a cold morning at the ski slopes. Great location, too! After 8 days in Poland this was the best placed we've stayed in 4 cities. I wish we could've stayed longer.
