The units feature a private bathroom, bathrobes and bed linen. Everything was great except for breakfast site (see below) and parking. The latter is ok, but can get too crowded. Breakfast quality was very good, food selection was varied enough.

Very centrally located and close to all the tourist attractions . The rooms were spacious & clean . The staff Roberto & Emmanuel were extremely friendly and helpful . The breakfast was good .

Spacious comfy bed, nice attention for details, good quality work, nice shower, warm insode and enough blankets. We had tea and cofee and dishes to eat in if you wanted to. We loved it and we would gladöy come again

The hosts were amazing - very friendly and welcoming. The property was also amazing - we arrived earlier than the standard check-in time as we were on the overnight train from Vienna and we were able to check-in when we arrived. Our room was very clean, generously sized and the WiFi worked well. We had a lovely continental breakfast and they offered us fried eggs cooked fresh to order. We only stayed one night as we were on route to a wedding in the hills but we did enjoy our stay very much. The location is up a steep narrow hill - and although it's walkable to Basov Old Town, Ubers are so reasonable that it's easy enough to just order a cab down the hill - I wouldn't recommend walking back up the hill unless you are training for a hill climbing competition! Just a warning - some taxi drivers are not keen on driving up the hill due to the very narrow, steep part - but there is a slightly longer way around that some of them do take.

Room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us, with TV in both rooms. Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries were available in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and good service in the restaurant. Hotel is located close to ski slopes in Predeal (~15 minutes walk), close to train station, supermarket, other restaurants.
